The perfect gentleman.

There are times when you are emotionally vulnerable, and anyone can manipulate you. Then there are times, when you don't let your emotions get to you. You fight back, and come out stronger.

I wasn't vulnerable. I wasn't talking to Sean because I knew it would tick Ian off. I was talking to Sean because he was a very easy person to talk to.

"Do you want another drink?". Sean asked. We were sitting with Ian and Parker. Marley was dancing with some guy. Parker and Ian both had annoyed and frustrated looks on their faces.

"I'd just like a coke," I smiled at him.

He nodded, getting up and walking to the bar. I turned to both of the sour pussys sitting with me.

"What's wrong with the two of you?" I snapped.

Ian's eyes narrowed at me. He moved his chair closer to me, making me lean away. Parker sighed. "She's this close to having sex with that guy!"

"Just go dance with her," I suggested. "Don't be shy, Park."

He grumbled something I didn't quite catch. When I kept looking at him, he sighed. "What if she pushes me away?"

I rolled my eyes. "She won't. Just go, Parker!"

Parker stood up after hesitating for some time. "I will kill you if I get rejected. By Marl, of all people."

I gave him a look, and he walked to the dance floor. My eyes followed him. I was pulled back into reality, when an arm pulled on mine. I turned to look at a very angry Ian.

"What?" I raised my eyebrows.

"What the fuck are you doing with that guy?"

I rolled my eyes. "That really isn't your problem, Ian. Why do you care?"

Ian's eyes glittered with anger, but his face remained passive. "You belong with me, Khloe. Get that into your head."

I raised my eyebrows. "I'm not going to olay home wrecker to your family. And I am my own person, Ian. I may have been influenced by you before, but now, I would rather be with someone who doesn't lie."

"You don't even know the fucking story," Ian snapped.

"No, I don't. And you know what? I don't want to either. I asked you who Silver was, Ian. You had the chance, you fucked it up."

Before Ian could say anything, I heard Sean's voice. "Here you go."

He placed a glass of coke in front of me. I smiled at him, taking a sip of the cooling drink. Sean sat down next to me, moving his chair closer to mine.

"Where's Parker?"

I nodded towards the dance floor, smiling when I saw both of them dancing. Marley caught my eyes, and a blush covered her face. I smirked at her, mouthing the words, 'I told you so'.

"Do you want to come to my place?" Sean asked, rubbing circles on the inside on my palm with his thumb. It wasn't erotic. It was calming. I looked into his blue eyes.

"Yes."

"No," I heard Ian snap. I looked at him with a frown. He glared at me. I got up, pulling Sean along.

I leaned up and whispered in Sean's ear. "I'll meet you outside."

He nodded, pecking my cheek, before walking off. I turned to Ian. "Stay the fuck out of my life, Ian. I'm not sure I want to know about your and Silver's love child as yet. When I can finally come to terms with it, I will let you know. But until then, stay the fuck away from me."

Without waiting for him to say anything, I backed up and walked out of the club. Pride filled me. I had finally stood up for myself against Ian. And I did wanted to. Not what Ian wanted me to do. He was always my kryptonite. But now, I was breaking free from him.

"I thought you'd stand me up," I heard Sean say as I walked outside. I almost jumped ten feet in the air.

I turned to look at him accusingly, feeling my erratic heartbeat. "And you thought it would be nice to give me a scare while at it?"

Sean laughed, pulling me into him. "Not really. I thought you knew I would be here."

I smiled despite myself. "How are we going?"

"My car."

I frowned. "Are you okay to drive?"

Sean nodded. "I really didn't drink much. I'm okay."

I nodded, as Sean reached for his car keys. We drove to his place in silence. His hand still held mine.

"Khloe," Sean called out.

I looked at him. "Yes?"

"I don't want this to be a one time thing between us," he said, his eyes on the road. "I want to take you out."

"Like a date?" I was giddy. I felt like a schoolgirl who's crush asked her out.

"Yes," Sean murmured, his voice dropping octaves. "A lot of dates though."

I couldn't help the laugh that escaped my lips. "I'd love that as well."

"We're here." Sean said. I looked at the house in front of me. It was a modest house. Not too over the top. Sean had told me that he was a producer, and I also figured that he would be pretty rich.

"Let's go," Sean's voice was husky. We were ripping each other's clothes off the minute the front door closed behind us. I clawed at his shirt, while his lips moved down to my neck.

A moan escaped my lips as he sucked on my neck. With the way he was sucking, I was sure that he would leave a mark.

"Fuck," I moaned as his hands moved down and plunged into my dress through the front. His hands kneaded my breasts, until they felt heavy with need.

"Oh, Sean, please," I whimpered.

His eyes met mine, as he slowly undid the zipper on my dress. As my dress fell to the floor, Sean stepped back, appraising me. I was standing in front of him only in a black lacy thong, and my fuck-me heels.

"You're beautiful," Sean groaned, and that turned me on more. He kissed me, picking me up.

I was vaguely aware of him taking us to his room, as I wiggled out of my heels, making them drop somewhere on the floor. Sean took off his clothes after he put me on the bed.

I could see the bulge in his boxers, and that made me heady with lust. "Sean, fast." I murmured.

"You're killing me, Khloe," Sean said, as I pulled his boxers down. Just az I was about to go down on him, he pulled my head back.

"No. I want to be inside you."

He pulled down my thong, and just  as he was about to push in, a scream tore past my lips.

"No!"

It was as if time had stopped. What was I thinking? I didn't do one night stands. Sobs wrecked my body as I remembered the last time I had an one night stand. Sean looked at me with concern, pulling out of me. I was pretty sure he was going to throw me out.

Instead, he laid down and pulled me into him. "Sleep," he whispered. "We'll talk tomorrow."

Tears fell down my face, as I thought about it. Sean would probably hate me if he know. I knew he would hate me. And Ian would hate me too. What's more, I deserved it.
